Privacy policy

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Guild Heart Pty Ltd (GuildHeart, we, us) handles personal information provided through our website and enquiries about our construction services. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and how to contact us about your information.

Information we collect

When you enquire, we collect your name, email address, phone number, suburb and the project details you provide. You may also provide property details, plans and other information during follow-up. We collect this information directly from you through forms, calls, texts, emails and project discussions.

Our website and its service providers may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and referral information. You can choose not to provide personal information, but we may be unable to respond to an enquiry or assess your project without relevant details.

How we use your information

We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss your project, arrange appointments, prepare proposals, deliver services and maintain related business records. We may call, text or email you about your enquiry or project. This can include following up if we have not heard back from you.

We do not use enquiry information for unrelated promotional email or text campaigns. You can ask us to stop follow-ups using the contact details below or an unsubscribe option in a message. Any commercial electronic follow-ups must be consistent with your consent and applicable requirements.

Who may access information

GuildHeart team members may access information needed for enquiries and services. Mirata Digital accesses enquiry information to manage our advertising and enquiry system.

We use GoHighLevel for enquiry management. Our website may also use Zapier to transfer form submissions, and hosting, communications and technical service providers to operate the site and support enquiries. We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or where required or authorised by law.

These providers may handle information outside Australia, including in the United States and, depending on provider arrangements, India and other countries where their teams or infrastructure operate. Provider arrangements can change. Contact us if you would like information about the services handling your enquiry.

Further information about the providers is available from HighLevel and Zapier. Their notices describe their own practices; this policy explains GuildHeart’s handling of your enquiry.

Cookies and Meta Pixel

Where enabled, Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to measure website activity and the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Information such as browser and device details, pages visited and actions taken may be shared with Meta and associated with information Meta holds about you. Meta may use this information for measurement and personalised advertising under its own policies.

You can manage cookies in your browser and advertising preferences through your Meta account. Blocking cookies may affect some website features. See Meta’s privacy policy for more information. A callback request is not consent to unrelated promotional messages.

Storage and retention

We use business systems to hold enquiry and project information and take reasonable steps to protect it against misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure.

There is no single retention period for every record. We keep information while reasonably needed for enquiry follow-up, an active project or a legitimate recordkeeping purpose. If you tell us you are no longer interested or ask us to stop, we stop enquiry follow-ups. We may retain records needed for legal or business obligations and limited information to honour your contact preferences. Information no longer needed is to be deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

Access, correction and complaints

You can contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about deletion, stop follow-ups or make a privacy complaint:

Please describe your request or concern. We may need to verify your identity. We will consider the matter, respond within a reasonable time and explain any reason we cannot fulfil a request. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which can advise whether it can consider your complaint.

We may update this policy when our services or information-handling practices change. The latest version and its update date will be available on this page.
